In case of a fault, please send the drive with a detailed description of the problem directly to us and inform us by e-mail.
Please include the proof of purchase or the serial number for a quick processing.

The device will be checked in our company and the cause of the error will be determined. Product defects will be repaired free of charge within the scope of the warranty.
In case of faulty handling you will receive a cost estimate for the repair with the request for release for execution.

Usually no spare parts are needed for our products.
